Ignacio has dedicated his entire professional career to providing legal advice on tax, corporate, and inheritance matters to individuals, families, and businesses. He has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, estate planning, business successions, and investment structuring. He interacts regularly with various divisions and regional offices of the Internal Revenue Service to ensure the proper fulfillment of our clients' tax obligations. He has achieved successful results in various taxpayer defense proceedings in matters related to income tax assessment, rejected expenses, VAT, and other tax matters. In parallel with his practice, he has furthered his studies in tax law.

Since U&B's founding, he has participated in corporate restructuring and planning processes for real estate, forestry, and agricultural companies, as well as in the family business division. He also advises agricultural producers and exporters on administrative procedures for various tax contingencies.

José Ignacio has extensive experience in real estate, corporate, and water law matters. He advises various clients on real estate transactions involving asset sales and financing, long-term leases for project development, and the establishment of easements. He also actively participates in the corporate structuring of their businesses, the preparation and negotiation of contracts, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements. He also represents individuals and companies in various applications and administrative filings regarding water rights. In parallel with his practice, he has deepened his knowledge of real estate law.

Since U&B's founding, he has consistently advised agribusiness companies in the Sixth Region on real estate and regulatory matters. He has also participated in financing transactions for the development of agricultural projects with foreign investors and in the negotiation of lease agreements for agricultural producers for long-term projects. He has supported families involved in the agricultural sector with the regularization, improvement, and registration of their water rights.
